Pricing:
* $109 / Day - Regular Rate
* $89 / Day - Non-profits/Religious Groups
* Each rental comes with 150 free miles a day then $.25/mi thereafter.
* Tax : 13.25% (9.25% TN sales tax, 3% TN rental surcharge, 1% Davidson County rental surcharge).
* GPS available for $10.
* Delivery and Pickup of the bus available for $30.
* Pricing is subject to change based on season and destination.
How it works:
1. Reserve a date using the calendar to the right.
2. Email a copy of driver's license and copy of proof insurance of whoever will be driving the vehicle. This can be a cellphone pic/scanned/photocopied and emailed to Bus4Nations@gmail.com.
3. On the day of your rental you can come pick up the vehicle at 8063 Highway 100 (parking lot of Harpeth Heights Baptist Church). If you would like the bus delivered to you that will be an extra $30 charge.
4. We will need you to sign our rental agreement and then hand over the keys!
Bus #1 Features:
- 2007 Ford E450 6.0L Diesel (15mpg hwy).
- 15 passengers (last 2 seats can fold up for more cargo room).
- No CDL or special license required.
- Aux. Input, USB port (charge phone and play music at same time), Bluetooth (play music wirelessly via phone).
- Wheelchair lift ready.
Bus #2 Features:
- 1996 Ford E350 (very good condition, less than 50k miles).
- 15 passengers, perimeter seating for party/social atmosphere.
- No CDL or special license required.
- Aux. Input, USB port (charge phone and play music at same time), Bluetooth (play music wirelessly via phone).
- Luggage rack, great for storage.
Requirements for renting the bus:
1. Driver must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Driver must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
3. Driver must have proof of insurance.
1 day rental is for 24 hour period.
Inclusions
1 Day rental = 24hour period.
Fuel: Bus should be brought back with the same level of fuel as when it started or be charged a fee.
Exclusions
Fuel Charge: Renter is responsible for bringing back the bus with the same amount of fuel as when it began the trip. Failure to do so will result in a $50 Fee.
Extra Mileage Charge: Each rental comes with 150 free miles. Each additional mile thereafter will be charged $.25/mile. Please ask us about special deals in extra miles for multiple bookings!
Cleaning Fee: Failure to bring the bus back in a cleanly state will result in an hourly cleaning fee of $25/hr.

The bus is located at 8063 Highway 100, Nashville (parking lot of Harpeth Heights Baptist Church). The bus may be delivered and picked up for an additional $30.
Drop-Off
The bus must be returned to the same address noted above. Unless you ordered delivery/pickup service then we will get the bus from you at the agreed upon location.

When faced with the logistics on how to get the entire JV and Varsity Glencliff High School soccer teams to their first tournament of the year in Clarksville, TN, I knew that we would need a miracle. And Nations of Nashville’s bus rental was that miracle! On extremely short notice and with the patience of a saint, Dan helped us get access to the Nations of Nashville Bus and allowed us to have it way longer than we originally arranged because “life” kept happening! I never felt pressure or resentment from Dan as I communicated with him throughout the day. He was nothing but patient and kind. It made the process so enjoyable and we will definitely use the bus rentals in the future when the need arises! Plus, the boys loved the bus and we felt like we were riding in style!!!
